China is slowing down

We've been hearing in the news that China is slowing down substantially these days. Can anyone try to assess who are the winners and who are the losers of this slowdown? You can be talking about countries or industries, there's a lot to say about both!

A person answered:

Countries that trade commodities with China, such as Chile being one of them will also see a slow down in their trading exporting etc... can a black market be included because here in Peru they import a lot of Chinese products?

I replied:

Black markets are economic activities as much as everything else. Economics is concerned about them (and explains them) also. This slowdown will indeed have a negative impact on black markets (I'm assuming you might be referring to informal markets as opposed to illegal markets) as well.
